    Weelky Weight Report

    No losses to report this week. I ran out of juices, and as stress is a lovely little thing that causes weight gain, the week without reliable transportation really did a number on my schedule, both for sleep and for work. Lack of sleep and higher-than-normal stress levels aren't so good for the weight loss plan. *chuckle* Tomorrow, however, is another day, and off to the store we go to stock back up on juices and get us back on track.

    Whether one is loosing weight, trying to develop a new good habit, or attempting to break a bad habit, you shouldn't measure in failures, but in successes and chances. Every slip up or lack of progress is an opportunity to keep going, to work harder, and to prove to yourself that you can do it, mistakes and all. *smile*
