I met some wonderful new friends during that Freecycle(tm) transaction today. It was great to talk organic gardening with new people. *smile* We spent a bit visiting with friends we haven't see in a while, bought me some new shoes for work, and began the planning for some upcoming business events.
Now I'm at GX, working on various internet stuff that I need to finish before bed, and chatting with more old friends.
As of about noon today, I am now set up to work the St. patty's Day parade again this year. It took a while for us to get together with the parade coordinators, but all is well. They said 'the parade wouldn't be the same without' me. *smile* That feels great to hear. Now, to plan the St Patty's hair hat. *chuckle*
Yes, today was indeed, a really good day.
