Happy Birthday To Her

So, Ladybug's thirteenth birthday was yesterday and today. She was born on Solstice, so every other year she gets two days for her birth celebration in addition to the actual party (which is still this Saturday). The next time you see our eldest kidlette, you will be setting eyes on an official teenager.

Right now, Littlebit is visiting Grandmother, and Ladybug is visiting her paternal grandmother in St. Louis. They will both converge back here at home tomorrow, whereupon they will both head out to my mother's to spend the last day before the party.

The cake is ordered, the fun is planned, and now all we must do is wait. *grin*
