    Father's Day

Once upon a time, there was a deal I couldn't resist. So I took it. Then I took pictures of it... and offered it to my children as an option for a Father's Day gift for Keebler. They thought the idea was a great deal as well, and worked for over a month (sweat equity) in order to pay it off on time. Ladybug and Littlebit worked hard all day today when we were home in order to finish their payments so they could gift him the items tonight before bed, and they made it. Barely.

Keebler is overjoyed and reacted as if her had no clue we loved him so much to give that much thought into his gifts. Both girls are so pleased that he was so happy. *smile*

For his holiday, Keebler got several pipes, some new Piratical tobaccos, a pipe holder with glass humidor, a carrying pouch for his pipe and tobacco, and a pipe cleaning kit. He might only smoke his pipe once or twice a day, but today he felt richer than words.

Funny thing; When he sat down preparing to receive his gifts, he packed his pipe with tobacco so that he could smoke a pinch after the gifting ceremony and before he went to bed. *chuckle* Needless to say, he was pleasantly surprised, and felt so loved that he didn't even complain about having to unload his old pipe so he could try out one of his new ones right away.
