Ladybug's birthday party has been planned!
On Saturday, June 23rd, Friends, family, and about four thousand complete strangers will be at the Jordan Valley Park's Snowfest. The event itself starts at 4pm, and usually includes a giant mountain of snow, performances by local bands and dance troupes, a dunking booth, access to the fountain-stream, a snowman building contest, and a laser light show on into the evening.
Her party will start at 3pm, but we will be there at around 2pm to set up and play a bit beforehand. You can consider this your official invitation, just in case I forget to invite you personally. (We're so busy!) The theme of her party is going to be Harry Potter again (of course), but be sure to wear a swimsuit under your robes so you can get wet playing in the snow and water. *wink* We plan on the party lasting until about 4pm, but usually stay for longer.
Look for the table under the big tree by the street and sidewalk just up the hill from the fountain. It's the tallest tree you see when standing in the front of the parking garage. We'll be there, and hope to see you there too!
