The Media Makes Up The News.
Get The Picture?
The made-up news department of Reuters released a photograph showing the great damage that Israel had done to Beirut. But eagle-eyed observers noticed the picture was doctored. That the same burning building appears twice in the picture and the smoke swirls are identical in several sections, something that is physically impossible. Reuters now admits the photo was fake.
The Reuters "stupidest excuses in the world department" explains what went wrong: "... [the photographer] was trying to remove dust marks and that he made mistakes due to the bad lighting conditions he was working under."You can see the picture at http://lerman.biz/pics/Gallery33.html
Of course, now that the alaskan pipeline is going to be shut down for a bit, prices really will go up. :/ But we already knew the "news" was a bunch of corporate lies and propaganda, right? *grin*

Well, I don't trust most of "the media" these days, especially anything closely related to "the mainstream" media, you know the ones. *grin*
