Hot summer days and dresses don't work well together. Actually, they work really well together, if you are trying to start a fire.
Bare legs rubbing together like a cricket during a 90 degree evening.
There seems to be something missing...
Oh yeah, the fun factor, that's what's missing.
Nothing fun about catching fire to one's nether-regions due to heat and friction.
