A Thought

If I go talk to the people who signed the lease to move in here with a basket of home baked goodies and beg them to renege on their lease, would we be able to stay if they agreed?

If the landlord wouldn't get sued (and wouldn't sue), would that solve our problems?

Not that we're not packing like mad now, but still... It's a thought.
