Today we were supposed to go visiting some friends, but events of the day conspired against us to make it a busy day of sitting up and waiting for things to fall properly into place.
The expectations we had for the day sortof fizzled as time shifted onward into night, but life is still good. At least we got some vitally important things done, and we may still be able to see one of the friends even yet if they can get into town tomorrow! *smile*
