    Bar, Dumpster Diving, Late Nights

Made a sale at the new bar tonight (and the last time we went too, for that matter). Swore to get a cell phone so the girls could contact me while we're out doing things that are nowhere near a phone just in case they need us for something. (the bar only has a payphone, and it is REALLY hard to hear it ring...

Left the bar early and went dumpster diving. Tonight is the night before college moveout begins officially.

    We found:

    2 cell phones

    1 snooker table with balls

    1 end table

1 fully functional folding walker with wheels

1 small broken chair that I plan to drill holes into for a hanging plant box (off of the front of the seat) and hang a rounded planter from the back of the chair. (I'm thinking a draping, flowering type plant)

Some clothes, towels, unopened containers of food, empty wine bottles, a dish rack, some decorative single load laundry baskets, a decorative tin, several college textbooks, a storybook and matching poster set, some bottle decorations new in the package (like champagne glass decorations but for beer bottles), a really classy pair of men's dress shoes, and two pennies.

There was also a huge piece of pegboard, some really nice carpet, and a white futon mattress that we didn't pick up. :P

A good portion of the stuff is going to be donated to The Radish's yard sale that's happening in June, but some of it is all mine *grin* I did do all of the work after all! (we dragged the snooker table over to the radish on the trunk of our car so that it would be available for them to take to the yard sale location tomorrow -they have access to a van-)

For moveout, it was a really slow day, but it hasn't technically begun yet. *evil grin* I can't wait for tomorrow night! The next week is going to be full of late nights and blog posts that happen at 3am. *laugh*

Okay, but what *is* a snooker table? As for the other stuff, sounds like you had quite the find - good job :-)
