We had our first go at a fire pit/pit barbecue the other day. It worked out great and we plan on picking up some bricks from Freecycle(tm) this week to make it all perfect and pristine in it's final, permanent spot.
This is our first step towards our outdoor kitchen we've been wanting. I'll be sure to post pictures of the final design. *grin*
